When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, company, country, the idea you describe and any message. We use this only to reply to you and discuss your enquiry.

Information collected automatically

To understand how the website is used, we record:

• the pages you view and the links or buttons you click;
• the website that referred you (for example a search engine);
• your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop);
• your approximate location (country and city), estimated from your internet address. We do not store your internet address itself.

• to respond to enquiries and provide information you asked for;
• to improve the website and understand which content is useful;
• to keep the website secure and prevent misuse.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to host the website, store data and send enquiry notification emails. They process information only on our instructions. A location lookup service receives your internet address briefly to estimate your city. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to discuss and follow up your request, and website usage records for as long as they are useful for improving the site. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your rights
