How our software works

One locker bank. Your services. Your customer experience. Configure the workflows behind your business through our back office.

Choose your services

Food storage conditions, hygiene requirements and suitable hardware must be agreed for your use case.

Two parts of your software

Our SaaS software, adapted to run your own business

Your back-office login

Your own secure business login to control everything you need to run the business: configure your locations, sites, lockers and workflows from one place.

Your customer-facing website and app

If required, launch a front-end customer website and native app branded to your requirements, so customers see your business — not ours.

From your back office to the locker door

01 · Configure the workflow

Choose services, access permissions, collection notifications and follow-up rules for your site.

02 · Shape the experience

Give customers a default interface, your own-brand app, an existing resident app or a self-serve kiosk.

03 · Operate the locker bank

Supported workflows connect the service handover to the right compartment and customer collection experience.

A service in practice

Delivery. Notification.
Collection. Follow-up.

A customer collecting a food delivery from a dark charcoal locker bank in a bright lobby
  1. 01 · DeliveryA service partner deposits the order through the configured delivery workflow.
  2. 02 · NotificationThe customer receives a collection-ready notification when enabled.
  3. 03 · CollectionThe customer collects through the selected interface and access method.
  4. 04 · Follow-upIf the order remains uncollected, the configured alert can prompt operator follow-up.

An escalation prompts action; it does not guarantee collection or replace food-safety procedures.

Security, evidence & investigation

Every open and close.
Every handover. On record.

Operators can see what happened at each compartment, when it happened and how access was granted — with recorded evidence linked to the date and timestamp of the event itself.

Access control logs

Every open and close of every compartment is logged — the time, the access method and the workflow behind it — so each locker carries a complete audit trail.

Locker view

See the status of each compartment clearly: available, in use, awaiting collection or flagged for review.

Integrated CCTV

Where cameras are connected to the system, recorded images and video for an event's date and timestamp can be pulled up straight from that event.

Investigation tool

Open a case against an anomaly, an issue or a complaint raised in the system, and review the related events, captures and footage in one place.

AI footage review

AI scans the connected footage for the case period and presents the most likely source of the issue, and where further investigation is needed.

Proof of drop-off and pickup

Photographs of the item, an image of the individual and a signature captured on screen can be attached to the handover as evidence.

Locker view

The status of every compartment in one bank, at a glance.

  • Available · 10
  • In use · 7
  • Awaiting collection · 6
  • Flagged for review · 1

Capture you can require at handover

  • Photo of the item, parcel or order
  • Image of the individual
  • Signature captured on screen
  • Own-device authentication

Which captures are required is configured per site. Recording images of individuals, signatures and CCTV, plus how long that evidence is kept, must follow the privacy and security rules that apply where you operate.

Audit trail

One entry for each open and close. Choose an event to see its evidence.

Footage markers are pulled from the event's date and timestamp. Clips are placeholders here — no recording is shown or stored in this example.

Evidence attached

  • Sensor alert
  • Photo of compartment interior after the event

AI footage review

Footage for 19:39–19:43 shows one person at bank B between 19:40 and 19:42. The compartment opened 38 seconds after the last valid partner session on that bank closed.

Where further investigation is needed

  • Whether the compartment contents still match the recorded order
  • Whether the customer was told the collection window had changed
  • Whether the earlier partner session ended at the correct compartment

AI review points an operator where to look first. It can miss details or suggest the wrong source, so a person confirms the facts before anything is acted on.

Illustrative view — your own back office shows your sites, your lockers and your recorded events.

CCTV, AI footage review and evidence capture are available where the connected hardware supports them and where your setup, notices and retention period have been agreed. Nothing in this example records people, stores footage or opens a compartment.
