LockerLauncher is led by co-founders Ben Hayden, Gordon Pennock and Stephen Brady — the same team behind Ping Services. Our focus is making smart locker technology accessible to people building their own service businesses, rather than asking them to build the technology from scratch.
We provide the technology. You build the business.
Our software supports bookings, access, notifications and operating workflows. Source lockers from us or discuss adding our technology to compatible cabinets of your own. A resident interface, an own-brand app or a self-serve kiosk can support the agreed customer journey; integrations are scoped to your project.
You develop the customers, location, service partners and day-to-day operation under your own brand. Lockers help with handovers — fulfilment, maintenance and customer support still need a practical plan.
Built around real customer needs
Residential buildings are our lead market: connected services for residents, property managers and local businesses, including parcel rooms, food collection, laundry, smart mailboxes and self-storage. Opportunities also exist in workplaces, hotels, shops, student campuses, community spaces and sports clubs — inside or outside, wherever a suitable site solves a real problem.
An existing dry cleaner, retailer or rental business can use locker collection and return points to complement its current service. A new entrepreneur can start by finding a customer need, securing a location and partners, launching a pilot and expanding when demand supports it.

Ben Hayden | Co-founder & Chief Lockerpreneur, LockerLauncher
Ben is a technology entrepreneur with more than a decade of experience across real estate, retail and self-service technology. His self-service journey began in 2010 with work on kiosks across the UK Post Office network; he launched his own locker-based business in 2013. Today, his focus is helping the next generation of entrepreneurs turn local opportunities into viable businesses.
