LockerLauncher opens to entrepreneurs worldwide, with a focus on North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia

14 October 2026 —

LockerLauncher is a platform that helps entrepreneurs, individuals and existing small businesses start and run their own smart locker businesses in their local towns, cities and communities. Residential buildings are the lead market, with services ranging from parcel and food collection, laundry and dry cleaning to key exchange, equipment rental and self-storage.

The platform combines locker software, hardware options and launch support. Lockers can be ordered from any country, or operators can work with a local manufacturer or retrofit lockers they already have. The software subscription starts from $100 per month; hardware, delivery, installation and other services are quoted following an application.

LockerLauncher is now accepting enquiries from founders anywhere in the world, with dedicated support for entrepreneurs in the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand through lockerlauncher.com/global-entrepreneurs.

LockerLauncher is also launching the Lockerpreneur Academy, an application-based programme for early-stage locker businesses. Selected startups receive LockerLauncher software at no cost for their first year, together with launch guidance and support. Applications are open at lockerlauncher.com/lockerpreneur.

Ben Hayden | Founder & CEO, LockerLauncher

Ben Hayden is a technology entrepreneur with more than a decade of experience building businesses and delivering digital transformation across real estate, retail and self-service technology.

His journey into self-service technology began in 2010, working on the introduction of self-service kiosks across the UK Post Office network. In 2013, he launched his own locker-based business, recognising the potential for smart technology to make everyday services more convenient, accessible and efficient.

Since then, Ben has continued developing technology-driven solutions, working with major organisations, property operators and independent businesses to simplify operations and create new commercial opportunities.

Through LockerLauncher, Ben is now focused on helping the next generation of entrepreneurs turn local opportunities into viable businesses. His ambition is to make smart locker technology more accessible, giving individuals and small businesses around the world the tools, software and guidance to launch and grow their own self-service ventures.

His philosophy is simple: you don't need a traditional shopfront to build a successful local business.
