Start a locker service for your local sports or social club
Clubs store nets, balls, bibs and rackets in cramped sheds, and members often need kit they do not own. Weekly equipment self-storage, racket and ball hire, and lending lockers can solve both problems, starting with one club you already belong to.
Services to offer
Weekly self-storage for teams' equipment, padel and tennis racket hire, ball and kit hire, and member lockers. Social clubs can add parcel collection or a library of things.
Agree it with the committee
Clubs decide by committee. Bring a short proposal covering who pays, where lockers go, insurance and what happens if the pilot ends.
Próximo passo: Speak to your club secretary and agree a one-season pilot.
